ISO & Agent Program

  • You own and run your business as an ISO (Independent Sales Organization) and agent. You will offer our services to merchants. You act as intermediaries between merchants and us, facilitating the sale of payment processing services and products.

  • ISOs and agents play a crucial role in the payment processing industry by providing sales and marketing services to merchants, technical support, and customer service. You are responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting them with payment processing solutions, and assisting with onboarding.

  • ISOs and agents typically receive a commission or percentage of the revenue generated by the merchants they onboard. They are also responsible for providing ongoing support and maintaining a positive client relationship.

  • In addition to sales and marketing, ISOs and agents may provide value-added services to their clients, such as fraud prevention, chargeback management, and POS (Point of Sale) equipment support.
